01Who we are
Lux Oasis Entertainment is the live-entertainment consulting practice of Lux Oasis Advisory & Services LLC, a company registered in the Sharjah Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (TRN 104722180700003). These terms govern your use of this website and, unless a written agreement says otherwise, form the starting point for any consulting engagement with us.
02The services
We provide freelance and contract consulting for the live entertainment industry: stage operations management, load-in and load-out management, rigging and staging coordination, crew management, venue opening and pre-opening consulting, and production management. The exact scope, deliverables, duration and fees of any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
03An independent consultancy
Lux Oasis Entertainment is an independent consultancy. References on this website to the principal consultant’s professional roles — including his role at Dubai Opera — describe his personal career and experience. They do not mean that any venue or employer sponsors, endorses or is otherwise affiliated with this consultancy or its services.
04Professional scope
Our rigging and staging work is coordination and management: planning and overseeing calls and builds carried out by appropriately certified teams. We do not offer certified rigging services ourselves, and nothing on this website is a certification claim. Responsibility for engaging certified personnel, and for statutory approvals and permits, remains with the party that holds it under the engagement agreement and applicable law.
05Quotes and fees
Fees are quoted per engagement, based on scope, duration and location. A quote is an invitation to discuss, not a binding offer, until both parties sign an engagement agreement or confirm terms in writing.

The content of this website is provided for general information about our services. We keep it accurate and current to the best of our ability, but it is not professional advice for any specific production, venue or event, and we may change it at any time without notice.
07Intellectual property

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Liability arising from a consulting engagement is governed by the engagement agreement for that work.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
